This is beautiful. It looks totally white, so much so that it has a slight tint of very pale silver to it but....when it moves it has beautiful pale blue effects to it. Would be nice in a powder, should be beautiful in Clear M&P and a great painting or finger rub mica for CP to give it a dew look or cold snowy look. Ingredients: Mica, Titanium Dioxide, Silica |
